Grosvenor is a group of privately-owned international property development, investment and fund management businesses.

We manage property assets worth £12.9 billion. Our origins lie in the central London landholding of the Grosvenor family, dating back to 1677. Family values guide the way we do business today and our continuing emphasis on partnership: 65% of the assets we manage are held through funds and joint ventures in most of which we co-invest.
